Unsung hero

This is an experimental photograph since I always wanted to do a HDR portrait. I decided to go with this photograph because of good amount of light present in it. NB I did not use exposure bracketing but processed it using a single image.
Honest criticism/appreciation will help me to improve.

  2. Thanks Pzes.
He is a shoecollector who sits outside a temple and entertains people by playing drums. He struggles hard, plays uninterruptedly in the scorching heat and earns around 50 Rs. per day. This is a sad and poor face of India that has been neglected.

  6. The subject looks fine, but the outline of persons behind is not looking natural. I am not an HDR expert, but as Mayank mentioned, is it because of too much of HDR

  8. I don't know abc of photography (the light etc..) but all I can say is the image is very powerful. Just wondering what the drummer would be thinking?

  9. nice composition but the HDR is over done... I think its because you use the same pic. If I do a HDR, i take two pics with diff shutter speed and then merge is photoshop in good ratios. Rishi
