Thornography

'Thorns love beauty. Thorns love everything good. Let alone a rose, even a fruit grows on a thorn.'


 This photograph is a close up image of a prickly pear plant(commonly known asCactus plant) and its fruit.The cactus fruit, also known as cactus fig, Indian fig or tunain Spanish is edible, although it has to be peeled carefully to remove the small spines on the outer skin before consumption.
